I am a licensed mental health counselor and certified grief counselor committed to supporting individuals through the entirety of their grief process and assisting them with the challenge of adapting to life after loss. My work focuses on helping my clients accept loss, experience the emotions that loss inevitably brings up, adjust to life after loss, and find connections concerning their loss.

I’m passionate about changing the way we view grief. I believe that grief is not simply a symptom that needs to be treated, but rather an ongoing process, unique for every individual and is outside of the boundaries of a specific timeline or progression.

I believe in taking a mindful and collaborative approach to help my clients work both through and with the many emotions and the reactions they may experience related to their grief and loss. I view each individual holistically, factoring in mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects throughout the healing process.

I utilize a video-based, HIPAA-compliant platform to conduct all sessions. We can work through the grief process together from a space you feel comfortable in, at a time that fits conveniently into your schedule, without the added stress of needing to factor in commute time.

Grief can be difficult to navigate on your own as the grieving process varies in intensity for each person, and the process of healing is different for everyone.
